PRESENT PART I – AIESEC Way, AIESEC 2015 and BHAG

AIESEC is based on the following values collectively known as The AIESEC Way:
  1. Activating Leadership
  2. Acting Sustainably
  3. Demonstrating Integrity
  4. Striving for Excellence
  5. Living Diversity
  6. Enjoying Participation

AIESEC’s overall goal or BHAG – Big Hairy Audacious Goal is to engage and develop every young person in the world. As such, AIESEC 2015 is the name of its 5 Year Plan to empower young people for peace and the fulfilment of humankind’s potential. It’s the conviction that we have as AIESECers to be recognized across sectors as the first-choice partner for our ability to develop responsible and entrepreneurial leadership. Why? Because our collaborative environment empowers every member to live a high-quality AIESEC experience, creating a cross-generational positive impact on society as well as our growing physical and virtual reach which makes us the most credible and diverse global youth voice.
