AIESEC at U of T

AIESEC Cover pic

Many students at UofT have a vibrant experience outside of classes with extra-curricular pursuits, including student clubs and leadership roles. These co-curricular experiences complement students’ academic experiences by offering students an opportunity to develop through leadership and mentoring experiences, connect with other students in different programs, and learn about potential career paths. This section offers a student perspective on involvement in one student-led professional organization.

Many students at UofT are involved in clubs and organizations as part of their co-curricular and extra-curricular engagement. Some student organizations function like a business, in which they:
  1. Are part of a national or global organ
  2. Are associated with an NGO
  3. Provide a service like internships
  4. Support a global issue
  5. Have well-rounded, globally minded values

The following sections offer a look at an example of business-like organization, AIESEC.

CHAPTER 1: 7 Students changed the world....
CHAPTER 2: You can't spell 'intern' without 'international'
CHAPTER 3: We sail many types of ships, two of which are leaderSHIPS and internSHIPS
CHAPTER 4: AIESEC Toronto
CHAPTER 5: Brina McMillan's exchange story
CHAPTER 6: All aboard!
